Best Pitch

International destinations are showcased during Best Pitch, which will be held Sunday, Nov. 17, at 11:30 a.m. This session is a great way for members based outside the U.S. and Canada to introduce themselves and their countries to NTA buyers in a five minute “elevator” pitch.

Best Pitch will include one presentation per country and is open to national tourist boards to give an overview of travel to and within their country. In the instance there is no representation at that level, receptive operators are invited to present. If there are multiple representatives from a country, priority will be given based on date of Travel Exchange registration.

FAQ

There’s no cost. Possible presenters need only to register for Travel Exchange.

Presentations will be made from one of the education stages on the exhibit floor on Sunday, Nov. 17, from 11:30 a.m. – 12:45 p.m.  NTA will develop a schedule of presentations and, at the end of each five minutes, a new presenter representing a new country will begin. Spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

There’s no way to say for certain; it will be open to all tour operators registered for Travel Exchange and is tied to the rebate for full appointment taking buyers

Presenters can invite tour operators to a join them for a beverage during the All Attendee Reception Sunday afternoon or buyers may request an appointment with a presenter during the show to get more information.

NTOs and DMOs are the first choice, regardless of when they register. If no NTO/DMO is attending Travel Exchange, then the presenting option is opened up to receptive tour operators, with the determining factor being earliest registration date (So sign up now!).

The Best Pitch session highlights countries outside of the U.S. and Canada. North American DMOs/PMOs and their supplier partners may participate in Sales Missions.
