Buyer, Full Participant: $0
- Comp for tour operators and travel advisors with a full book of prescheduled appointments.
- Full participant = full schedule
- Meet with DMOs and suppliers at your preassigned table
- Qualifies for a rebateof up to $250 USD per participating attendee*
- No limit to number of full participants a tour operator or travel agent may register

Buyer, Direct-request-only Participant: $250
- Tour operators or travel advisors with more control over schedule
- Doesn’t participate during initial appointment scheduling phase
- Appointment requests made during direct request phase Oct. 21-Nov. 6
- Required to submit a minimum of 30 appointments
- Failure to submit 30 appointments will result in a higher registration fee ($549), and you’ll be billed the difference.
- Not eligible for a rebate.
- Meet with DMOs and suppliers at your preassigned table
Buyer, Non-appointment-taking: $549
- Participate in seminars, meals, and social functions only
- May share appointments with an appointment-taking attendee from your company
- No appointment schedule of your own.
Tour operator seller: $1,595 (early-bird) or $1,895 (after August 1)
- Participate in the Supplier Exchange with prescheduled appointments
- Walk the floor to buyer booths
- Tour operators and travel advisors who register as a buyer and are found to be selling will be billed the prevailing seller registration fee
- Prescheduled appointments will take place Tuesday afternoon, Nov. 17, and Wednesday, Nov. 18
Tour Supplier/Seller Exchange participant: $1,595 (early-bird) or $1,895 (regular rate)
- Participate in the Supplier Exchange as a seller with prescheduled appointments
- Prescheduled appointments will be Tuesday afternoon, Nov. 17, and Wednesday, Nov. 18
- Walk the floor to buyer booths
- Supplier companies get only one set of appointments unless membership represents two or more entities
Tour Supplier/Seller Direct-request-only Exchange Participant: $1,595 (early-bird) or $1,895 (regular rate)
- Attend TREX without prescheduled appointments
- Doesn’t participate during initial appointment scheduling phase
- Walk the floor to buyer booths
- Appointment requests made during direct request phase Oct. 21-Nov. 6
Tour Supplier Non-participant: $1,595 or $1,895
- May bring unlimited number of non-appointment takers
DMO Exchange Participant: $1,595 (early-bird) or $1,895 (regular rate)
- Participate in the DMO Exchange with prescheduled appointments
- Prescheduled appointments are Monday afternoon, Nov. 16, and Tuesday morning, Nov. 17
- Walk the floor to buyer booths
- DMOs may bring two appointment taking attendees with their own schedules
DMO Direct-request-only Exchange Participant: $1,595 (early-bird) or $1,895 (regular rate)
- Attend TREX without prescheduled appointments
- Doesn’t participate during initial appointment scheduling phase
- Walk the floor to buyer booths
- Appointment requests made during direct request phase Oct. 21-Nov. 6
DMO Non-participant: $1,595 or $1,895
- May bring unlimited number of non-appointment takers
The Associate member registration fee is $1,595 (early bird) or $1,895 (regular rate) per person and includes a 10’x10’ booth space on the exhibit floor (table, two chairs, wastebasket provided).
Individual Affiliates are persons who wish to attend for networking and education. They may not be currently employed by a company within the travel industry. Individual Affiliate registration is $549 per person.
Spouse/companion Pass: $200
Attendee cannot be an employee of the company or qualify for membership. Access is for sightseeing tours and evening social events only; no lunches or floor access.
