Buyer, Full Participant: $0
This complimentary option is for tour operators and travel advisors participating with a full book of their own prescheduled appointments. If you register as a full participant, you will receive a full schedule and a booth for meeting with DMOs and suppliers. This option also qualifies for a rebate of up to $250 USD per participating attendee. There is no limit to the number of full participants a tour operator or travel agent may register.
Buyer, Direct-request-only Participant: $250
Direct-request-only participants, previously called partial participants, are tour operators or travel advisors who want to have more control over their appointment schedule. Direct-request-only participants are not listed during appointment scheduling until the direct request system opens on Oct. 24. If you select this option, you will be required to submit a minimum of 30 appointments during the Direct Request phase. Failure to meet this requirement will result in a higher registration fee ($549), and you’ll be billed the difference. This registration option is not eligible for a rebate. You will receive a booth for appointments with DMOs and suppliers.
Buyer, Non-appointment-taking: $549
This option allows you to participate in seminars, meals, and social functions only or share appointments with an appointment-taking attendee from your company. With this registration, you will have no appointment schedule of your own.
Tour operator seller: $1,495 (early-bird) or $1,795 (after July 31)
Tour operator sellers attend and participate in the Supplier Exchange with prescheduled appointments and walk the floor to buyer booths. Tour operators and travel advisors who register as a buyer and are found to be selling will be billed the prevailing seller registration fee. Your prescheduled appointments will take place Tuesday afternoon, Nov. 19, and Wednesday, Nov. 20.
Tour Supplier/Seller Exchange participant: $1,495 (early-bird) or $1,795 (regular rate)
Attend to participate in the Supplier Exchange as a seller with prescheduled appointments. Prescheduled tour supplier appointments will be Tuesday afternoon, Nov. 19, and Wednesday, Nov. 20. Participants, regardless of membership category, will have appointments both days.
Tour Supplier/Seller Direct-request-only Exchange Participant: $1,495 (early-bird) or $1,795 (regular rate)
Attend TREX as a seller without prescheduled appointments. If you select this option, you will be eligible to make appointments only during the Direct Request phase.
DMO Exchange Participant: $1,495 (early-bird) or $1,795 (regular rate)
Participate in the Exchange as a seller with prescheduled appointments. Prescheduled DMO appointments will be on Monday afternoon, Nov. 18, and Tuesday morning, Nov. 19.
DMO Direct-request-only Exchange Participant: $1,495 (early-bird) or $1,795 (regular rate)
Attend TREX as a seller without prescheduled appointments. If you select this option, you will be eligible to only make appointments during Direct Request.
The Associate member registration fee is $1,495 (early bird) or $1,795 (regular rate) per person and includes a 10’x10’ booth space on the exhibit floor (table, two chairs, wastebasket provided).
Individual Affiliates are persons who wish to attend for networking and education. They may not be currently employed by a company within the travel industry. Individual Affiliate registration is $549 per person.
