Participate as a buyer with your own prescheduled appointments. If you select this option, you’ll receive a full schedule (100+) of appointments and a booth for taking appointments with DMOs and suppliers. Additionally, you will be required to attend your choice of sales missions and best pitches. With this option you may be eligible for a post-convention rebate of up to $650 USD. *Best option for product development!
Buyer Partial Participant: $199
Participate in the DMO and Supplier Exchange as a buyer. With this option you’ll be able to schedule appointments with DMOs and suppliers with whom you want to meet. If you select this option, you’ll be required to submit a minimum of 25 appointments during the Direct Request phase of NTA’s online scheduling system. Failure to meet this requirement will result in a higher registration fee ($549), and you’ll be billed the difference. You will receive a booth for appointments with DMOs and suppliers. Partial participant registrants are not eligible for the tour operator rebate.
Buyer Non-appointment taking: $549
No prescheduled appointments. This option allows you to participate in seminars and social functions only or share appointments with an appointment-taking attendee from your company. By choosing this option, you are not eligible for a rebate and will not receive a booth.
Seller Appointment Taking: $1,695
Attend and participate in the Supplier Exchange as a seller with prescheduled appointments.
*Tour operators and travel agents who register as a buyer and are found to be selling will be billed the seller registration fee of $1,695 USD.
Tour Supplier/Seller Exchange Participant: $1,695
Attend to participate in the Supplier Exchange as a seller with prescheduled appointments.
Tour Supplier/Seller Partial Exchange Participant: $1,695
Attend Travel Exchange as a seller without prescheduled appointments. If you select this option, you will be eligible to make appointments during Direct Request.
DMO Exchange Participant: $1,695
Participate in the Exchange as a seller with prescheduled appointments. NEW in 2019: all prescheduled DMO appointments will be on Monday with tour operators seated and sellers walking.
DMO Partial Exchange Participant: $1,695
Attend Travel Exchange as a seller without prescheduled appointments. You will be eligible to make appointments during Direct Request.
Associate member registration fee is $1,695 per person. (Limit one booth per company)
Associate members receive a 5’ x 10’ exhibit booth with a small round table and two chairs. Booth placement will be on the TREX Floor; registration date will determine booth placement. If you are interested in upgrading to a larger booth, contact Morgan Maravich for sponsorship information.
Educator member registration fee is $220 per person.
Educator members receive access to Travel Exchange show floor, education, meals and evening events.
